We are a veteran and family-owned business. Here at HCC Home Inspection, both our founders Cara and Kory grew up here in the Pacific Northwest, and both bring their own variety of unique skill sets to our business, so that we can provide the best possible service to our clients!
Cara Farmer: The daughter of 2 Scottish immigrants, Cara was born in California but spent most her time growing up here in the Pacific Northwest. As a licensed project Manager in Washington State, she has learned a vast wealth of business and technology skills from her time in the banking industry. She is a big part of what keeps the operations here running as smoothly as possible for our clients
Kory Farmer:
Born and raised in the state of Washington, Kory is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. Working in Engineer Support Battalions during his service is where he first learned his construction knowledge and skills sets. He is a licensed Home Inspector through Washington state as well as certified both locally though SOPHI (School of professional Home Inspection), and internationally through InterNACHI. Through his drive and thirst for knowledge Kory always make sure we are up to date on our inspection standards, tools, and techniques, ensuring our inspectors provide the possible inspection for our clients!
